Thanks for writing in, and apologies for the wait in responding. I'm afraid I can't find an exact match for this pivot bar, as the offset of the pin is tripping me up. You're very welcome. We did not have much luck locating your offset tilt bar. However, we believe you can substitute your broken bar with a straight bar, without compromising the window sash performance. Have a look at our 26-360 pivot bar and compare our measurements listed with yours. Get back to us and let us know your thoughts.
