Window pivot pins

I have some broken pivot pins and would like to find replacements. There's no brand name on these parts, only "SPECT US". No numbers, no markings, either. As far as I can tell the little "wings" or "notches" on either side of where the screws go in don't do anything. Would you have anything similar I could purchase?
