Window pivot shoe

A quick learner says:

cleaning windows and window popped out. the window shoe is now above the screw and we can't unlock it to move it so we can put the window back in. a small piece also broke off the shoe. do you have this part? can you suggest way to get the show below the screw so we can put window back in?  is there a way to get it below or get replacement part, but we need help to install the new part.

The screw just below the broken pivot shoe is a window frame adjusting screw. As you turn it clockwise, it brings the side tracks in closer to the sashes for a tighter seal.

It appears that is is sticking out and blocking your pivot shoe from sliding down. Use a screwdriver to turn the it in just enough so that the shoe can clear it.

As for the shoe itself, we may have it but I'd like to see a photo of it removed from the window so that we can confirm. I'd also like to know its width and thickness.
