Window pivot shoe for tilt window with spiral balance

The dimensions of the attached are 1/2" thickness (this is the thickness of the thickest part which is the little pivot circle), 1" wide and 2" tall from the top center to the bottom.

In the little pivot circle, the rectangle measures 3/16" in height and 3/8" in width. A smaller rectangle than this will not allow the tab at the bottom of the window to be inserted.

Hello! I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this pivot shoe. However, if the thickness is 1/2" and if the width is 1", then you may be able to use our 15-173. This is 9/16" thick instead but may still work. It also has a cam size opening of 3/16" wide and 5/16" high. Look it over and see what you think.

Are you sure that the 9/16" one is the same width as the 1/2" one that you sell? The 1/2" one looks wider than that one in the photo - are they both 1" in width?

I'm not sure which 1/2" one you're referring to. Can you give me the product code?

Either way, the 15-173 is 31/32" wide. That's only 1/32" short of an inch. I can't guarantee that it'll work but I think it's worth considering.
