Window pivot shoes

I need some replacement pivot shoes for windows on my house. See attached photo. I am pretty sure they are betterbilt windows that were purchased from Lowes. Couldn't find match on your website. Need help. Thank you, Steven

Please see our 15-134. Your exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but you may be able to use this as a replacement.
