Window plastic edges

A quick learner from Yukon, Oklahoma says:
I purchased 4 window channels on 3/11/22 and when installing them I noticed the windows don't have 3 of the plastic tops that seem to hold the channels in place. Can these be replaced and if so what is the cost? The top measurements are 15/16ths by 5/8ths and the hole is 5/8ths by ½ inch. If you need anything else pls call or email.

This top sash guide looks similar to our 18-166 at first glance, but you should carefully review our dimensions just to ensure that everything lines up. Our measurements are just a little bit different from yours, but still very close.
