The part on the handle is 48051. As you can see from the picture, it is a left handed
Window lock/unlock.

It appears that I will need the 38-058L This is the picture I took from the outside. The lock unit is still on the window, attached
Somehow to the inside, probably with those screws.

Looking at the photo that shows the back side of the lock, I believe you have a right hand lock. We have two types: the 38-058R, which is the opposite side of the one you picked out, and the Truth brand 38-092 which I think looks more like the one in your photo. Either one should work on your window, to be honest. You might want to go with the 38-058R, but it is your call.
