Window quick tilt assembly both sides

Hi, I need these for the window pictured attached. I will need for both the left and right side. Please advise on all parts needed so I can make this purchase, and get this fixed. The parts i have contain no name or number.

Thanks for posting. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Double Clip and 15-182 Bushings. These work with the Series 190 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
