Our 38-098 RH EntryGard Sash Lock can likely work to replace your Caradco lock. The left handed lock is the 38-097. You'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below and compare them to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

The keeper used for both locks is the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper.
