Window release to dropping it forward for cleaning

Question

I'm looking for the plastic piece that you slide towards the middle to release the window so it comes forward to clean the outside pane.The second picture shoes that one of the prongs is broken.

I am afraid we don't have a match for this internal tilt latch mechanism, or a surface lever that works with it. The internal style of tilt latches is harder to come by these days. We typically advise trying to convert to surface-mount tilt latches, like the 26-228 and 26-229, but with that gap in the sash frame, I have doubts it would work. See the video below.
