Window repair

Question

I really need your help to order the correct parts. Directions for installation would greatly be helpful.
The windows are non tilt
The balances are 36” long.
The balances are 5/8”
I need replacement parts for 15 windows to start. I would really appreciate directions about how to install the replacements for my handyman.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recognize the window balance as our S500-36 with a red tip, but I need more photos from different angles to identify the balance bracket. Seeing an undamaged bracket removed from the window is ideal. Also, do you have wood or metal window sashes?
