Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Did you just need the cover, or did you also need springs themselves? If you need the springs, can you remove the sash from the window and show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe to which they attach? That will work as a kind of "key" that will tell me everything else you need. Knowing the thickness of the springs will also be a big help. Thanks!
