I can't be sure but your operator's arms resemble the 39-239B for awning windows. Take a look and see how the dimensions shown on our product page compare to your assembly.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the sash lock shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
