The part shown in your photo is the pivot shoe that the balance attaches to. We can't be sure based on a damaged part but we have recommended the 15-015 as a possible replacement for similar parts in the past. The determining factor would be how the width and thickness compare to your shoe.

As for the spiral balance, the (5/8") diameter S600 with black tips is commonly used with the 15-015. You'll just need to confirm the end of the spiral that attaches to the shoe matches the image below. Thanks for posting!
