The top sash of my window will not stay up when lower window is opened. It looks like the part uploaded is broken. I am trying to locate that part from a supplier. Thanks!

Hello,
We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but the pivot shoe is similar to the 15-178 or 15-188. Review the specifications below to confirm if one of them will fit your window jamb.

As for the channel balances, this type of pivot shoe is commonly used with the S770, but you'll need to make sure that the specifications match your assembly. Thanks for posting!
