Thanks for your post! This window balance can be replaced with either the S351-26 or the S390-26. To determine the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

To select the stamp option, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal channel. It may be a good idea to double check the sash weight to confirm that it falls between the range shown on the chart below the product description.
