Window repair kit

I need a triple coil Constance force Window balance, thanks for your help. with plastic cage ,one right kit and one left kit.and one tilt window latch right hand and,one and one tilt window latch left hand ,number 12H ,and two of the picture # 4, right and left

Thanks for reaching out to us! Our 15-087 appears to be a match. This part uses the Series 180 coil springs and 15-086 tandem coil housing. As for the tilt latches, see if the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 match up. I just can't promise they will work for you since the old latch has a curved tooth where ours does not.

As for the part in your second photo, would it be possible for us to see what it looks like installed?
