Window repair parts

Question

Need parts for 11 windows, 30 inch spiral balance tube.. Orange tip.. Most of the parts are just falling apart. In order to expose them, I need everything tops..bottom Shoe. Window frame and glasp seems to be fine. It just looks like everything has been exposed to too much moisture

Thanks for your post. The window balance you have here is a match for either the 5/8" S600-30 or the 3/8" S900-30. While the tip color appears to be orange, it is considered to be red.

If you'd like to double check that the red tip option is correct, you'll need to weight the sash (the window the balances are supporting) to confirm that it falls between the given weight range. There is a chart below the product description.

The shoe can likely be replaced with the 15-045 Pivot Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

The pivot bars commonly used with the shoe are the 26-041 or the 26-297.
