Window replacement

Question

Hi I am looking at replacing these sash units because my windows are all falling down when I try to open them, and I cannot keep them open on their own. Wondering if you can help me with replacement parts and a how to, for replacing these?

Thanks for posting. I'm pretty sure we can help, yes. Assuming the outer tube of your balance is 5/8" in diameter, I would recommend our Series 600 spiral balance. If you also need the shoe, consider our 15-015.
