Window replacement hardware

Hello, I just learned of your company from a maintenance staff member who works in remote western Alaska, in St. Mary's Alaska. There are over 40 health clinics that were built within the last 20 years in remote villages locations throughout the Yukon Delta. All these clinics have windows like the ones in my attached photos.

I will be needing hardware to fix and replace parts on these windows and have not been able to find any manufacturers name, serial numbers or any markings of any type. The maintenance staff I mentioned, said he has ordered from you previously. I hope this is a product you carry. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hey, Paul! We would be thrilled to help you out.

We can definitely start to ID these parts, but we need some help from you first. For the operator, we will need to see a picture of it out of the window in order to find a match . Basically, what we are looking for is an overhead view where the operator's arms and gear box are both visible.

For the lock, there are a few possible options, depending on your specific dimensions. I've made a list on this page for you to review. See if any of these parts will work for you. The dimensions of the fork will be important.
