Window replacement parts

A quick learner from United States says:
I did weight window 24 lb . Stamp on balance 3635 I measured metal part balance @37 " about 5/8 wide
I think I need 2 ( 3635 ) balances with upper and lower guides and 5 upper sash guides . I Need for other windows
Just to let you know before the balance broke on left side of window it was always a little hard to pull down . Thanks Jim . Can you confirm that you got this.
