Thanks for posting! The rod is called a spiral balance and the silver piece is called a pivot bar. The pivot bar looks like our 26-326, but look over our dimensions to confirm. As for the balance, it will be either our Series 900 or Series 600 depending on the diameter of your outer white tube.

I am trying to find this rod for my window it holds the tension on them when they go up and down and the little silver piece is what actually holds the window in place. The windows are about 18 years old. I bought the duplex about 6 years ago and believe they are crest line windows but not sure...
