Win-Dor window replacement parts

The windows in my house were supposedly manufactured by Win-Dor. According to my builder, DeLuca, Win-Dor is no longer in business. Deluca provided another manufacturer's name whom I contacted, but I was told they don't have parts that match mine. I attached a picture of the sash balance (stamped with 26C on the metal)and the sash latch from the window. The latch is probably pretty generic and I assume I can pick them up at a HD or Lowe's. However, the balance is a different story. The piece of the balance that broke is the "brake", on the extreme right of the balance in the picture. One side of it broke off while tilting the window for cleaning. It looks like it's a piece made to be removable and replaced. However, I wouldn't be surprised that I'd have to purchase an entire balance assembly. I'm hoping this is a generic part. I can't imagine the balance was made specifically by or for Win-Dor, and was probably a purchased part. Anyway, please take a look at it and advise if you can help. If not, any direction to another source would be appreciated.
