Window replacement parts

Question

I sent a picture of the sticker on the window as well as the pieces of the windows that are broken.   Do you know if you have these replacement parts available?  I would most likely need around 20 of these replacement parts.  Thank you for your help.

It looks like you need a new pivot bar. We carry a ton of different kinds, so there's a good chance we have a match for you. However before I can recommend anything, I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of this pivot bar from the window and show me a picture of it by itself. I'd also like to know the distance between the center of that front hole and the tip that goes into the pivot shoe. That's the most important dimension by far.
