Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe and 26-393 tilt latch pair to your original hardware.
As for your sash lock, unfortunately, we do not carry anything with 2-1/8" hole spacing but your photo does resemble the 90-278 with 2-1/16" hole spacing and the same 11/16" backset. Take a look and see if this could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
