Window replacement parts

Question

I have 12 aluminum s ingle plane windows.
I'd like to get guidance on repairing/refurbishing them to avoid the cost of replacing all of them.

I'm interested in attempting to replace everything on one of them first and provided that I can get it in proper working condition then id order everything I would need to do the remaining ones.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need a bit more information to get started. First, we'll need you to write out the exact backing width and pile height of you weatherstripping since we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos.

We'd also need you to write-out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your sash lock.

As for the spiral balance shown in your last photo, we would need to see the end of the spiral, as well as have you confirm if the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. Thank you!
