Window replacement parts

This is from a Simonton double hung window. I have multiple windows that I cannot leave open because the above piece has broken in some way. Most of them have gotten stuck in the track, as in the photo. These windows are at least 10 years old.

I would love to order parts from your company and repair my windows.
