Question

Need to purchase repair parts in attached pics for a double hung tilt in vinyl window.  Window manufacturer is unknown.  Hardware style...Caldwell?

Your pivot bar resembles the 26-297, which is commonly used with the 15-045 pivot shoe. Review the specifications below to confirm they match your original hardware.

If you need the spiral balances as well, the s900 would be a good place to start, depending on whether the 3/8" diameter housing tube matches your assembly. Thanks for posting!
