window is hard to open and close. Needs quit a bit of force to open and close. I think I need to replace the mechanism on the right and left
pretty handy, just cannot figure out what to order

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the original coil springs and pivot shoe they attach to fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
