Window replacement parts

A quick learner from USA says:
Folks..
We have some older wood double hung windows which were installed at the time the house was built in the 1950's. I'm interested in replacing the balancers and if possible the vertical metal tracks the window rides up and down on...

Please see the attached pictures.. can you help me identify the correct parts ?.. and is there a tutorial describing how to replace the parts ?

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we can't help replace the metal track. If it's damaged, I wouldn't recommend replacing the balance system. I suggest going to your nearest mill work with one side of the metal track and sash and purchase a new set of jamb liners. This would include a new balance system entirely.
