These windows may have been Rockwell or Berber and Ross.
They were installed in 2005.

Thank you for reaching out to us for your hardware needs. For your tilt latches, see if our 26-243 and 26-244 could work for you. Depending on the outer tube diameter of your spiral balance will determine whether you need our Series 900 for 3/8", or our Series 600 for the 5/8". As for your pivot shoe, we are not certain on what to recommend to you. Could you remove it and get back to us with the width and thickness measurements of it?
