Window replacement parts - Balances

Question

We have 15 windows VHT Colony SH 3060 that are not working due to the strings on both sides of the windows have come out and the windows will not stay open by themselves. We would like to order the parts needed to have the windows work. Can you please provide the parts we need to order?

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see an intact balance fully removed from the window, including the bottom fitting and pulley clip used for installation, to compare to our inventory. Please confirm the exact length of the metal channel. There should also be a stamp code on the metal channel that corresponds to the strength of the spring. Thank you!
