Window replacement spiral balance and pivot shoe

It looks like you have a 5/8" Series 600 tilt balance with either a 23" or 24" tube: S600-23 or S600-24. Measure closely and choose the right one.

I don't recognize the pivot shoe, though. It has a safety cover that you need to snap off to remove the spiral. Remove it and take a look. We will need the width and thickness of your pivot shoe to identify it. Check out our guide on how to do that:

Thanks for the additional photos! I took a look at everything, and I believe the pivot shoe will be the newer-style 15-048, and the Tamp-R-Lok is our 26-028. Take a look and let me know what you think.
