I can't say for sure without seeing an undamaged part but this looks a lot like our 15-192 pivot shoe. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to an undamaged shoe. If you need the pivot car that connects the window sash and pivot shoe, we'll need to see an undamaged one removed from the window as well. Thank you!
