I ordered the 1/2" with axle pin and the roller is too small and the pin too short. Roller 5/8 or 3/4 and the pin is 7/8". Anything close.

I'm not sure that we have a good replacement for you. The only part we have that comes close is our 87-089, but it's 19/32" in diameter, which is a little small. It's also concave, but I can't tell if yours is or not.
I am sorry that we can't offer a closer match.

Does it come with an axle pin?

Yes, it comes with the axle you see on its product images on the 87-089 store page.
