Window roller

I ordered Peco Sliding Roller 87-057 from you. It isn't the correct size. Peco is the smaller roller in the pictures attached. I need help identifying the larger roller in the picture. The windows are about 30 years old. The manufacture name stamped on the frame is Western Products. Thanks for your help. Bob

Thanks for writing. I am afraid we don't have another version of this roller. These window rollers can be very difficult to replace. A local hardware store may be able to better assist you. I apologize we can't be of more help, and best of luck with the repair.
