Do you have a suggestion as to a replacement?. Nearly all
of the window rollers need replacement.

I'm afraid we have no suggestion or alternative for this roller. If the housing is in good shape, see if you could replace just the wheels. Our Sliding Window Replacement Wheels & Axles section can be found here.
Otherwise, you could try a local mom-and-pop type hardware shop that's familiar with sliding windows in your area.
