Window roller replacements

A handy person from Summerfield Florida says:

I need to replace the rollers for my sliding windows. The plastic housing is 1 7/16 inches long, 1/2 inch wide, and 1/2 inch wide. The rollers are metal which has rusted. The windows are approximately 20 years old. I am not sure if replacing the roller or the roller and housing is needed. Also the suggested part number(s). Thank you.

Look over the dimensions of our 87-218 roller assembly and see if these are compatible with yours.
