This is a roller from an aluminum frame double pane sliding window. The roller on the one pictured rusted and mostly disintegrated. Let me know if you need more details to help identify.
I'm not sue if we can supply this exact window roller. It has a very unique shape. I'm kind of reminded of the 87-203, which has similar nylon wings. Could you tell me how your roller is held into the window sash? Could you send us some photos on how it relates into the window? Also, what are the dimensions of the wheel and housing? Maybe we can find a closer match with more information.

I have included some additional pictures. The first is of the roller still in the window frame. You can see that the roller housing fits in the window frame between the lower "tabs" and the upper "wings". To remove it from the frame, you have to back the screw out slightly that holds the frame corner together, then slide the roller housing back and forth so it can be lifted straight out. Dimensions of the nylon housing are 1 3/8 long, 5/8 wide, 1/2 tall. Wheel is 1/2 diameter, 3/16 wide. Ends of the axle are 3/16 diameter and it has ball bearings. The windows were installed in the mid 1980's. I could use a lot of these if I could just find them. Thank you!

I'm afraid we haven't been able to locate this exact roller. I've made a list of potential replacements on the right side of this page. I cannot guarantee any will work, but with some adaptation you may be able to get one to install.
