Replacing Window runner/balancer

A home owner from Jacksonville florida says:

Hello! I am in need of new balances for some of my home windows. Per your site instructions I added photos; the markings say "28 3 AN Caldwell", and they are 29" long and approx 10/16ths wise, 9/16ths deep. Can you recommend the proper replacement parts? Thank you, the windows are no tilt....

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Take a look at our S351-29 or S390-29 Channel Balances. Compare the nylon attachments with your old balances to be absolutely certain. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 has a bottom nylon shoe depth of 1". The Series 390 has a bottom nylon shoe depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old parts and see what matches closest. Once you know whether you're looking for the S351-29 or S390-29, select a stamp option of 2830. Let us know what you think.

A home owner from Jacksonville florida says:
Thx. I will check it out.
