Window sags

My double hug window sags after I open it. I'm assuming it is just the balancers. Can I get this part from you?

Unfortunately, this is not something we will be able to help you with.
You are going to need a new jamb liner and will have to contact the original manufacturer to go about getting that.

According to our team of part experts, there really is nothing you can do as far as replacement hardware goes.
Your only real option here is starting over and replacing the windows completely.
