This is the only unfaded tag on my double hung windows. Would you be able to indentify the manufacturer?

Unfortunately not! This tag looks like it was put in place by the window seller, not the manufacturer. If you need hardware, you can send photos of what you need. Otherwise, you may not be able to identify the manufacturer, since not all manufacturers mark their windows, oddly enough.
