Hi there! It looks like you need a new channel balance. We can help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory. The video below explains everything we need to see to provide an identification.

I really just need the spring replaced I think. Let me know what you think and can do for me. I have probably 4 windows with broken springs.
Thank you so much,

Brian

Hi, Brian.

We don't sell just the springs, unfortunately. It's very dangerous to replace the springs since they hold a lot of tension. We suggest getting an entire new balance. We'll be able to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory.

Thank you!

I'm afraid we'll still need to see your balance fully removed from your window with the end attachments still intact. Those are essential details for us so that we can identify your channel balance.

The video below explains exactly what we'll need to see.

Thank you!

Thanks for the additional picture!

It looks like you have our Series 751 channel balance. Check that out and see what you think.

That's great Emily thank you so much for all your help. I will just double check the length that I need and order accordingly.
