Here is what I can make out: End of sash where the staple or 2 mounting screws are - 1131 S70 801 is one oof them. The other side of window sash is 131 U49 801. The top of the sash is Anderson Co Bayport. 11600-17.

Thanks for getting back to us. Based on your 1131 stamp, you would need the 24-1133 Andersen sash balance for your repair.
