14" window sash with 13-5 marking on the side. I will be needing 2 of them.

This window balance is a match for either the S380-14 or S385-14. You'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to confirm the correct series.

Our 1350 stamp should work for the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 12 to 15lbs.
