I'm looking to replace this window sash. I am unable to find any sticker on the window to find make or model.

Hey there. To clarify, do you mean the spiral balance, that rod piece? If so, we can help. To do so, please remove the spiral balances from the window and take necessary measurements. See the videos I listed on this page for details. If you need new pivot shoes also (the blocks the spiral rods attach to, and from which the window sash pivots), please remove them and tell us their exact width and thickness. We'll do our best to help from there.
