Window sash balance

Question

The metal rod is 28" long, 1/2" wide with end connects as shown on the photos. I'm not sure if the lettering stamped on the broken sash is helpful.  What replacement parts do I need to secure to replace both sides?

Thanks for writing in. See our S395-28. Look over the nylon fittings to confirm they match your old balance. You will need a stamp option of 2740.
