Window sash balance

I measured the channel at 23 3/8" with out the shoe. The stamp says 23 4 ISF VN. Don't know when or what the manufacturer is. Just need one. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. just need one side.

Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog, but we can still help via custom order. However, the metal channel should measure 23-7/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable, and we can't promise our replacements will work if the lengths differ.
Additionally, can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord?

Hi there,
Thanks for the response. The channel is definitely 23 3/8" from edge of metal to edge of metal. We could use a longer or shorter one at your recommendation. I realize that it may not function perfectly but, we just need something that keep the sash in place side to side. Here's photos of the clip you asked for. Thank you.
