Window sash balance

A home owner from New Bern NC says:
Looking to replace the window sash balance springs in one of my vinyl single hung windows. Looks pretty straight forward if I can find the right parts.
I found these numbers on the current springs: 24b 198 th
Looks like it matches up to your s 795 24. Am I correct in that? The top of the spring attaches thru the loop with a screw. The bottom fitting so sure of but it looks close.
Hate to remove the spring for a pic until I'm ready to replace. Hoping this is enough info. Can you guide me?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I can't really say if our S795-24 is a match. Your stamp only tells us the spring strength rating, it's not otherwise used for identification. The best way to confirm if our balance is a match is by carefully going over all the pictures, measurements, and information we show on our site.
