Im trying to save these old wooden windows. None of them have any mechanism attached. Theres no pully on the sash for an old counter weight system. Can I retrofit the hole on the window with a rod tube or do you have a vinyl jamb liners that include modern block-and-tackle balances that i can use? Thanks!

We don't sell vinyl jamb liners, unfortunately, but we do sell an older style wood window spiral balance that may work for you. See our 9/16" diameter Series 500, along with the 17-012 bottom bracket (sold separately). We've been using this combination of parts to repair windows like this for decades and it still works to this day.
There's still the matter of sizing and weight. If you were to tell me the height of the visible glass and the weight of the sash, I can tell you what you need. Please be as precise as possible.
Lastly, make sure to measure the space available to ensure that the 9/16" balance tube will fit.
